New Year and eating

For most people a healthier diet and more exercise are top on their new year's resolution list.  Instead of following a fad diet think about incorporating healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle.

The athletic foodie blog is a great resource for healthy eating and tips on making it a permanent lifestyle instead of a temporary change.
